3 years ...... And STILL counting

August 28, 2010 was one of the happiest days of my life

On this date, I stood next to two of my very best friends

 To witness the Union of Carteja

The day they left the world of 'singleness' 

To create their world of 'oneness'

Happy Anniversary Terese and Czyzon Robinson :)

I pray you live to see many, many more years together

And still love each other while rocking those dentures .. lol

Suffering ..... it ain't that bad!

I wonder some crazy things sometimes
Ever wonder why does God would single me out to go through this particular struggle/valley/trial?
I must be special .. It must be for a reason, huh

(When i use the word suffering, it can be alternated with valley, struggle, trial.. To me its the same. With this mindset, I list the below)

Suffering helps us realize our urgent need for redemption

Suffering helps us experience our dependence on God and our interdependence with one another

Suffering helps us distinguish between necessities and luxuries

"The hardship we experience, 

The trials we face

They all teach us that we are stronger 

When we're trusting to God's Hand"

All for His Glory

God has done more through my struggles

Than He's done through my successes

You may never know my successes

until you understand my struggles

Because my struggles are the pathway that led me

to my successes.

I may be absent in posting on a regular basis

But I have not forgotten this blog 

Moreso, the special persons

who take the time to read my blog
