[as a child I sang.. Don't hear .. lol]
For there's a Father up above
Looking down with tender love

We as adults, adolescence and pre-teens
Have to be careful of the little things we let enter our ears
Can't allow for the gossips and rumors that go around
To fall on our ears

They can cause envy, animosity and strife
Among our family friends and love ones
Even those we haven't even met before.

Let us fan the fly
Fly representing the person who comes to tear down another person
Fan the fly before the sound [message, information]
gets to the brain

Fan the fly before it pitches
and decides to take seat
Don't entertain it!!

No red eye!!

Not everything that glitters is gold 

The grass may be greener on the other side

But do you know what it took to get it greener?

Satisfy with the little you have

After all, little is much when God is in it.

Don't envy your neighbour's benz

Even though you drive a lada

Humble yourself as a little child 

And accept and appreciate what is before you

Red eye and envy gets you no where

Just causes hatred and strife

It's an honor to be a mom
Not everyone can/will be a mom
Being a mom isn't easy [ha, I speak like I know right? lol]

It takes courage, patience, time, energy
And most of all love
To care for and grow a child

So to all the mommy's out there
All around the world reading this post
Who stuck by their child(ren) through thick and thin
Through days of can't even finding money to send the child to school
Through days of wondering what your child is gonna eat
And days of seeing your child achieving great things
